Okay, I was this close to panicking when the link wouldn’t open, but the customer service team? Literal lifesavers! They got back to me so fast, and their step-by-step instructions were super easy to follow. Once I logged into Canva, it was smooth AF. The design turned out chef’s kiss. Love it! Thought I could edit on my phone while binge-watching Netflix, but nope, Canva app said ‘nah...’ I DM’d them CS, and they were SOO helpful and told me to try it on my laptop, and boom, problem solved.
